Is the WhatsApp agent and the dashboard the same product?

Yes — one product, one dataset. The WhatsApp agent is live today; the web dashboard is coming soon. Everything you create on WhatsApp is stored from day one, so when the dashboard opens your full history is already there.

Which document types does BillSathi support?

Six right now: quotations, GST-compliant invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, job work bills, and reports (sales, purchase, GST/HSN, customer outstanding). All generated by voice, photo, or text on WhatsApp. Receipts remain available for legacy flows.

Can I run multiple businesses on one account?

Yes, on the Pro plan. Each firm has its own GSTIN, logo, T&C, and PDF template — all managed from a single WhatsApp number.

How does BillSathi know my prices?

It learns from your past bills. After a few exchanges it remembers customer-specific rates and asks "same as last time?" instead of making you type them again.

Do I need to install an app?

No. WhatsApp on your phone is enough. The dashboard is a browser tab on Chrome — no install there either.
