Is GST calculated automatically?

Yes. Your GSTIN, state code, and the HSN code of each item determine the right rate — including IGST vs CGST + SGST split.

How do I add an advance to a quote?

Say "advance 5000" in your voice note or text. The PDF will show the advance, balance, and payment terms. Available on Business and Pro.

How do I upload my logo?

Type /logo on WhatsApp, then send your logo image. One-time setup; appears on every PDF afterward.

How do signature and seal work on Pro?

Type /signature upload and /seal upload, then send the images. They auto-render on every PDF.

How do I upgrade from Free to Business?

Tap "Choose Business" on the pricing page, complete payment online, and confirmation arrives on WhatsApp.

Where is my data stored?

Voice notes and photos auto-delete in 30 days. Quote PDFs and your business profile stay as long as your account is active.

How do I delete my account?

What are the rules around revisions?

Each quote includes 2 free revisions. From the 3rd onwards, one quota deducts per revision.

Does BillSathi handle inventory like Tally or Vyapar?

No. BillSathi handles quotations only (and bills + POs in the next version). For inventory, accounting, payroll, keep using your existing system.

When is the backup WhatsApp number used?

Only if our primary number is down on Meta's side. The backup activates automatically; your experience stays the same.
