By sending a message to BillSathi on WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. No account creation required.

The service

BillSathi generates business documents — quotations, invoices, challans, and purchase orders — from your WhatsApp messages using AI. Documents are for your business use only.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
• You must not use BillSathi for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading documents.
• Your WhatsApp number is your identity — keep it secure.

Plans and payments

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Quota resets on the 1st of every month.

Intellectual property

PDFs generated are yours. The BillSathi platform, brand, and AI systems remain our property.

Limitation of liability

BillSathi is a document generation tool. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on documents generated. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 30 days.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime via WhatsApp. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh courts.
